03Expression of Interest

Registering an Expression of Interest (“EOI”) on this website tells us you would like to hear more about the project. It does not:

• reserve, hold or allot any unit, or guarantee any price, preference or priority;
• require any payment through this website; or
• oblige you to purchase, or oblige us to sell.

You confirm that the details you submit are your own, accurate and complete, and that you are at least 18 years of age.

04Consent to be contacted

By submitting your details you authorise us and our authorised representatives and channel partners to contact you about the project by phone call, SMS, WhatsApp and email. This consent applies even if your number is registered under the National Do Not Call / DND registry. You can withdraw your consent at any time by writing to us using the details in the Contact section.

05RERA information

The project’s registration details under the Real Estate (Regulation and Development) Act, 2016, once available, can be verified at maharera.maharashtra.gov.in. You are advised to review the information available on the MahaRERA website and to seek independent advice before making any decision in relation to the project.
